• Ten minutes is enough.
• Yesterday doesn't matter.
• There are no streaks.
• There are no levels.
• There is nothing to win.

And then?

• Put your phone away.
• Pick up a pen.
• Look.
• Draw.
• Stop.
• Carry on with your day.
