Who we are

The Relaxed Sketcher is a brand of Meijer Projectontwikkeling B.V., based in Leiden, the Netherlands (Dutch Chamber of Commerce / KvK no. 90309480). You can reach me at info@therelaxedsketcher.com.

The free Daily Line

The daily prompt is free and without obligation. You can unsubscribe at any time.

The 30-day Reset

The Reset is a one-time, paid participation. Because you get immediate access to the content on purchase, you expressly and in advance waive your statutory right of withdrawal once the service has been fully delivered. We record this waiver at the moment of purchase.

The store — ordering and delivery

In the store you buy physical things: sketchbooks, materials and gifts. All prices are in euros and include VAT; shipping is included in the price. You pay at checkout through our payment provider Stripe, using the payment methods offered there.

Your order is final once payment has succeeded; you then receive a confirmation by email. I ship to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany and send your order as soon as I can, at the latest within thirty days. If that unexpectedly isn't possible, I'll let you know and you can cancel the order free of charge.

The store — cooling-off period and returns

For the things from the store you have a statutory cooling-off period of fourteen days, counted from the day you received the order. To cancel a purchase, email info@therelaxedsketcher.com within that period — no reason needed. Then send the product back within fourteen days, as far as possible in the condition and packaging you received it in. The cost of returning it is yours.

I refund the full purchase amount within fourteen days of receiving your message; I may wait until I have the product back, or until you have shown that you've sent it. If you've used the product more than needed to look at it, I may deduct the loss in value.

If something isn't right — damaged, wrong or incomplete — email me. I'll sort it out with a replacement or your money back. Your statutory guarantee rights always remain in place.

Membership

I don't offer an ongoing membership at the moment. If it comes, this applies: cancel monthly; cancelling stops the next charge; periods already paid are not refunded.

Community and your sketches

You keep the copyright on what you make. By sharing a sketch you allow it, after moderation, to appear on the wall. You can have your sketch removed.

What we ask of you

Don't share offensive, unlawful or someone else's work. I may refuse or remove submissions.

Liability

The Relaxed Sketcher is a calm drawing practice, not a medical or therapeutic service, and is not a substitute for professional care. I take reasonable care in providing the service, but accept no liability for damage arising from use of the site or from applying its content, except where that damage results from intent or deliberate recklessness, or where mandatory law requires broader liability.

Applicable law

Dutch law applies to these terms. If we can't work something out together, as a consumer you keep the protection of the law of the country where you live.
